Beyond The Chair was born from the idea of helping our fellow hairstylists and salon owners elevate their business.We provide advanced education and coaching to hairstylists and hair salon owners. Our mission is to elevate the industry by enlightening, inspiring, empowering, and strengthening through mentorship.
We are not just “Business Coaches”. We are hairstylists that have experienced growing clientele from the ground up. We salon owners that have have experienced growing a team from 1 stylist to multiple locations. We are individuals that are passionate about elevating the experience of hairstylists and salon owners in the hair industry. Most importantly, we are passionate about inspiring others to find their passion.
We start from the core. A method we’ve adopted from Simon Sinek. We focus on helping hairstylists and salon owners to discover why they do what they do. We have created tailored workshops to guide individuals to create foundations, build business structure, and implement processes and procedures that ensure financial success.
Every hairstylist or hair salon owner on the planet knows what they do. These are products they sell or the services they offer.
